Navigation device frozen or restarting

If your device freezes or restarts on its own, the TomTom application may not be installed properly.

For the GO 2000 series, VIA series, GO LIVE series, Blue & Me TomTom 2, Sony XNV, TomTom Connect :

  • Connect your device to the computer
  • Open MyTomTom
  • Download available updates and/or follow the prompts in MyTomTom

Other Devices:

Before you begin, make sure you have the latest version of TomTom HOME installed on your computer.
