TomTom allows users to add their TomTom product to their account for safe keeping. We highly recommend that you store your product information on your account as this can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To add your TomTom product(s) - including product code(s) - to your account, use the following steps. 1. Go to www.tomtom.com and click on Support. If you are not already logged-in, please log-in to your MyTomTom account.

2. On the right-hand side of the page you will see your MyTomTom options. Click on My Products. 
3. Enter the name of the TomTom product you own and also the 15-digit product code. 
4. Click on Add to add the product to your account. If you own any additional TomTom products you may enter them as well. Once you have added your TomTom product(s) to your account, you will never have to worry about losing your product code(s). No matter where you are, if you have access to the internet, then you will have access to your TomTom product code(s).
